About The Laszlo Developer Network
The Laszlo Developer Network (LDN) is an annual subscription service that gives OpenLaszlo and Webtop developers end-to-end support for the entire development life cycle. Packaged offerings include amenities such as access to free OpenLaszlo software, discussion boards, technical support, code samples, discounted training and consulting. The LDN is designed to give you the resources you need to help you get the job done quickly, effectively, and efficiently.
The LDN offers three subscriptions with varying levels of benefits:
- Laszlo Standard Developer: Designed for both the new and experienced developer. It is a fee-based annual subscription package that grants access to valuable resources such as the OpenLaszlo Developer Forum, the OpenLaszlo bug database, and our mailing lists to help you solve programming problems and to keep you abreast of all the latest news about OpenLaszlo. In addition, you will receive multiple developer incidents, as well as one Laszlo Webtop software development license.
- Laszlo Premium Developer: For developers of any experience level, the Laszlo Premium Developer is a fee-based annual subscription package that contains all the benefits of the Standard Developer and more. Subscribers will have additional developer incidents, one Laszlo Webtop SDK license, and faster response times.
- Laszlo Enterprise Developer: For experienced developers looking to get the most out of their OpenLaszlo or Laszlo Webtop development, the Enterprise Developer annual subscription contains all the benefits of the previous packages, as well as substantially more developer incidents and three Laszlo Webtop SDK licenses.

Developer Incident Support
For developers, Laszlo provides incident-based support to help you quickly solve issues that block your development. Laszlo's knowledgeable and experienced support staff will work with you to get you the answers you need.
Three levels of incident support are available: One Pack, 5 Pack and 20 Pack. The levels differ only in the number of incidents included.. All include resources to speed your development including; OpenLaszlo source code download, access to the Open Source or Webtop developer bug-base, FAQ, mailing list forum and users group.
An incident is defined as a technical question that can not be divided into a set of sub questions.
