Discovery & Analysis Services (PRD): Laszlo Professional Services assists customers to develop well-defined product and project requirements that capture business needs, user cases, UI, integration, key features and deployment requirements. We review clients' requirement documents, interview business stakeholders, validate use cases and identify project deployment and/or performance requirements.  We then capture this knowledge in order to produce a Product Requirements Document (PRD). This service ensures that customers have a well defined project scope and organizational buy-in to guarantee successful implementation. The deliverable of this service is a PRD.

Webtop Rightstart Services: Laszlo Professional Services provides consulting guidance for Webtop by working with you to understand your business objectives, as well as to analyze your existing IT infrastructure and your hardware/ software environment.   We then will architect your project to address Webtop installation, configuration, branding, UI architecture and solution design needs. This service ensures that Webtop customers have a solid foundation to get their systems ready for development or deployment. The deliverable of this service is a Webtop RightStart Recommendation Report.

Design Phase

Architecture Design Services: Laszlo Professional Services assists customers to architect their requested RIA or Webtop solution. We analyze customers' business needs, review clients' systems, as well as IT infrastructure and workflow in order to propose system-level and application-level architecture design recommendations that ensure the project development & implementation can meet the usability, scalability, performance and deployment needs. When it is requested, we can provide Proof of Concept (POC) development to demonstrate the architecture design.

RIA/Webtop UI Design Consulting: Laszlo Professional Services analyzes customers' business plans, understands the key differentiator of clients' product offerings and marketing messages. We brainstorm with customers, introduce new concept & ideas, and then produce creative visual design, navigation screens, interaction design and graphics assets. With years of RIA UI experience, we have the top industry experts to assist your UI needs.

Webtop Basic Branding & Skin Customization: Laszlo Professional Services customizes the Webtop interface with selected color schemes and clients' logos for corporate branding purposes. This service includes review of customers' logos, selections of color schemes, and basic integration of customers' logos throughout Webtop. The deliverable is a customized Webtop application package.

RIA Prototype Services: Laszlo Studios will develop an interactive product prototype for demonstration to investors, business partners or other key decision makers. This service leverages Laszlo's world class design expertise to provide high-end design with amazing user experience - all completed in a very short period of time.

Implementation/Development Phase

Application Code Review Services: Laszlo Professional Services will thoroughly analyze OpenLaszlo or Webtop application code and architecture, and provide recommendations for improvement. We will summarize all the recommendations and produce a well-documented report, along with some sample code. With this service, customers can ensure that they are applying the industry's best practices and various tips & tricks in implementing compelling RIA solutions.

Performance Profiling and Optimization Services: Laszlo Professional Services will thoroughly analyze OpenLaszlo and Webtop applications using profiling tools and performance analysis methodologies.  This service assists customers in identifying problem areas, such as slow initial loading, high memory usage, or high CPU usage and works to identify and outline solutions.

Webtop Jumpstart Services: Laszlo Professional Services provides a packaged solution for deployment readiness and basic installation of Webtop with Mail. This service includes needs analysis review, deployment sizing, recommended deployment architecture, single sign-on integration planning, base installation, and QA compatibility. (This is ideal for customers without legacy mail systems and/or the in-house capacity to deal with email migration and LDAP implementation).

Webtop Integration Services: Laszlo Studios will provide integration services to enable Webtop to interoperate with commonly available APIs and to support other applications and systems.

Custom Webtop Solution Development: Laszlo Studios will create customized cross-browser industry solutions, such as executive dashboards, e-commerce applications, financial portals, social networking services, workgroup collaboration, enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, online gaming, etc.
